General
An order is binding as soon as it is submitted and a confirmation email is received.

Prices
The prices stated are in Swiss Francs (CHF) or US Dollars (US$) and apply at the time of the order.

VAT
Orders for Switzerland include 2.5% for publications. Membership fees are not subject to VAT.

Methods of Payment
Membership: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, US dollar checks, and direct bank transfer.
Publications: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, US dollar checks, and direct bank transfer.

Shipping costs
CHF 6.- per mailing. For postage abroad current postal fees apply plus CHF 5.- handling. Shipments to US Residents: Prices include postage and handling.

Cancellation and Returns
Cancellation of Membership:
Membership dues are payable one calendar year from the date of renewal/ joining. Membership is valid during this year period or over the lifetime of ACA if you are a lifetime member. There are no partial year payments of membership. Membership dues once paid are not refunded.

Return of goods:
It is our objective that you are fully satisfied with our publications and services. If that is not the case, we will offer an exchange or full refund of your order. Simply return any publication you do not wish to keep in original sale condition with a copy of the invoice. Exchanges do not qualify for free shipping. Returns can be shipped to: ACA, Rue Liotard 5, 1202 Geneva, Switzerland.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy concerns very seriously. No personal information shall ever be exchanged with any other individual or entity without your prior consent.

Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute is governed by and has to be interpreted under Swiss Law. Court of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.
