Since 1978, ACA, Inc. has been the Voice of Americans Overseas, defending your rights as a US citizen living abroad. For only $70 a year you can help ACA with its important work on behalf of Americans living and working overseas.
As a member of ACA, Inc. you will have direct representation in Washington for your issues. Our team meets with the legislature and key offices as well as legislators to draw attention to and educate members of the legislature to the issues and concerns of the overseas community. ACA, Inc. informs its membership via our rich database of information found on our website, through our monthly mailings of our newsletter and updates via our Facebook page and Tweets.
In order to better serve our members we've created two new ACA entities. While ACA has developed steadily over its entire thirty-six year history, it has grown particularly rapidly in the past two years, as certain US legislative and tax enforcement issues have grown in importance and have caused increased hardship to the community of Americans living and working outside of the United States.
Therefore, ACA created ACA, Inc. which will allow us to be more effective and more official in our contacts with Congress and the Administration, in our work of protecting and advancing the interests of the millions of Americans living abroad.
ACA, Inc. is a social welfare organization, incorporated under Delaware law and was created in February of 2013 under the official name "American Citizens Abroad, Incorporated." In order to work more effectively for our members, ACA was reorganized under US regulations for non-profits.
ACA also created the ACA Global Foundation (a section 501(c)(3) charitable organization), which allows us to offer contributors a US tax deduction for donations.

There are four membership types to choose from (the following links will redirect you to PayPal to complete your transaction. For more options, see below):
Regular Membership: for those under 65, renewable yearly at $70
Senior Membership: for those over 65, renewable yearly at $55
Contributing Member: for those who can contribute a bit more on top of their membership, renewable yearly at $170
Lifetme Membership: One time payment of $600
If you aren't ready to join us, you can also make a donation or other payment of any amount to ACA, Inc.
Yearly membership dues are payable on a once-a-year renewal basis calculated from the day you join. For your convenience we have set up a yearly automatic reminder system through PayPal. However, if you would rather not receive the reminder you can disable this function in your PayPal profile after joining ACA. Your membership information is confidential and will not be shared with any third party and will not be reported to any government office or bureau.
Your canceled check or charge card billing is proof of payment and membership.

To pay by credit card (not through PayPal) you may indicate on your membership form a phone number where we can call you to take your credit card payment over the phone. For your security, please do not send credit card information to our email address.
